The HIGH5 strengths tests consists of 120 questions that you answer and the end goal is to help you gain a better understanding of the top five thing that you're good at. Here are the top five things I am good at according to the HIGH5 test.

List of My Top 5 Results - Time Keeper, Focus Expert, Coach, Winner, Problem Solver
Ella's Test Results

1. Time Keeper

"Nothing excited Time Keepers more than meeting a deadline. They enjoy setting up processes, timelines, and plans. They may feel confused in chaotic circumstances where neither the outcomes nor the ways to achieve these are clear."

I believe that this is a good way of describing who I am. I am not a person that can go with the flow, as I need a plan for everything that I am doing.

2. Focus Expert

"Focus Experts enjoy getting a project straight to the finish line rather than changing direction regularly. They focus on one thing at a time and dislike any distractions."

This one kind of ties in with the first one, as knowing what I am doing is exactly how I want and need things no matter what it is. Coming up with the final idea from the very beginning seems more beneficial to me.

3. Coach

"Coaches love discovering the potential in people and supporting others' personal growth. It's hard for them to accept when this potential is being wasted."

I think this one is pretty straight forward to me, and to other people who know me. Playing a sport my whole life has made me this way since it is something I am around my whole life.

4. Winner

"Winners turn any mundane task into a game or challenge because the feeling of competition is essential for them. They feel lost in environment that have no define measure of success."

Number three and four again tie back to one another. Growing up playing a sport has made me super competitive in anything and everything. I believe making things competitive helps with the work ethic that is being put into the project and overall makes it more fun.

5. Problem Solver

"Problem Solvers love uncovering flaws, diagnosing problems and coking up with solutions. It is difficult for them to simply sweep unresolved issues under the rug and keep going as if everything is fine."

This is something that I would say happens more time than not. I think it can be a good thing, because I always get an answer or am able to have friends and family come to me and ask for solutions. But at the same time it's something I wish I didn't do, because it causes me to overthink every situation and not stop thinking about it till I find an answer.

Overall, my HIGH5 results relate to who I am and I would agree that each of these are a little bit of who I am. When looking at this I think about where these five results will get me in my life. Well when looking at each one of them, I think they all relate to my career field that I am wanting to join, Real Estate. I think that being organized and wanting to get things done, knowing where I am wanting to go with clients, being able to help clients and understand what they're talking about, not taking no for an answer, and to keep fighting and working to get what myself and my client needs to be happy. All of those are great characteristics to have in real estate.
